  • Connect you with Astrologers (who receive your birth data to prepare for sessions).
  • AI Training & Personalization: By using our AI features, you consent to the use of your chat logs and chart patterns to:
    • Train and improve our astrological models.
    • Generate personalized summaries ("Cosmic Journals") and insights.
    • Detect life events (e.g., transits) to offer relevant products or services.
    Your personal identifiers (name, email) are stripped before any aggregate training use.
  • Process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Send you service updates and (if you opted in) cosmic newsletters.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. We share data only with:

  • Astrologers: When you book a reading, the astrologer receives your chart details. Note: Astrologers are independent and bound by confidentiality, but we cannot physically prevent them from retaining notes.
  • Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Firebase (hosting/auth), Daily.co (video), and OpenAI/Google (AI processing).
  • Business Transfers: If Mystic's Mirror is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Legal Requirements: If compelled by a valid court order.

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) and secure cloud storage (Google Cloud/Firebase). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
